Where are you located?

We are located in WPB, Florida. We do not have a retail location though! Everything is home-baked to order and shipped right to your door.

How does this work?

If you are looking to celebrate your dog... whether it’s a birthday, gotcha day or just because.. you’ve found the right shop. We bake treats to order. That means you get the freshest goodies for your dog and not some bag of treats that’s been sitting for a year in a commercial store. We deliver fun gift items directly to your door. If you don’t see something, message us for a custom order.

What is the shelf life of your treats and do they contain preservatives?

Just like at freshly baked goods, our treats have a shelf life. They should be stored in the original packaging or into a tightly sealed container (They have expiration dates on the bags) They are baked to last 4-6 months.
None of our treats contain preservatives. They are baked with the highest quality, human grade organic and natural ingredients. They way we ensure our shelf life, is with moisture, they way they are baked and dehydrated.
Our cakes and cupcakes are perishable and have a much shorter shelf life. They should be fed upon receiving, refrigerated for 3 days or frozen for a month. They thaw well and instructions are always included. We use NATURAL/PLANT BASED food coloring so the colors will not look bright like human desserts. 

My cake has been damaged during shipping, what do I do?

I try to safely package cakes, but sometimes there will be 1-2 that may get damaged because, unfortunately the shipping company does not handle with care. If you received a damaged cake, you can request a refund directly from USPS. To do this, apply directly on their website, with a photo of the damaged item, as well as your receipt from Etsy. They will send you a check. All cakes are shipped priority and are eligible for a refund.
If it happens to be slightly damaged, you can always reach out to me, I can give you tips on how to repair or fix it! We unfortunately do not refund damaged cakes because it is a perishable item. If you are however, disappointed in your order, please let me know and we will try to fix it.

I’ve received my cake past 5 days, what do I do?

Unfortunately we are not responsible for delays in shipping once your cake is shipped. Once you’ve received your cake, if it’s past 5 days, it will unfortunately need to be thrown out because they do NOT contain preservatives making it unsafe for your dog to consume. Please reach out to me if this happens, to let me be aware of any shipping issues.

Ordering a cake - READ FIRST

Cakes are BAKED to ORDER and SHIPPED ONLY on MONDAYS/TUESDAY’s. If you order a cake ONLY by Tuesday 6:00 pm ET, your cake will ship Monday/Tuesday of the upcoming week as they are baked on the weekend and then shipped Monday/Tuesday. If you order treats along with cakes, they will take longer to prepare, which will extend processing time. Cakes need time to prepare, (frosting must be COMPLETELY dried, before it is shipped. My cakes and treats DO NOT contain preservatives, therefore time and shipping is very essential in you receiving a quality product for your dog. CAKES CANNOT BE RUSHED! Order cakes 2-3 weeks in advance and state date needed. Cake orders can only be cancelled within 24hrs of purchase as they are all customized for you.

I live in WPB, can I pickup my order?

Yes you can. We can also deliver directly to you at a cost depending on the location.

I paid for priority or express shipping, why hasn’t my order shipped?

When you pay for priority or express shipping at checkout, it means that your order will get to you faster once dropped off at the post office. It doesn't change how fast I can create your order - that will depend on current processing times.
In addition, if you paid for express shipping and your item is delayed by the postal service, we are not responsible! Any refunds that have to be made based on this, shipping will be deducted (we don’t make money on shipping)
Once your order is finished, it will be shipped via priority or express (what you’ve paid for) and you will receive it in 1-3 business days.
Current processing time is 5-9 business days for cakes. 

My dog/cat does not like the flavor treat or cake, can I get my money back?

Unfortunately not, some dogs and especially cats can be very finicky. We do not do refunds because of your pets flavor palate. They contain great ingredients, you can always gift them to another fur-friend!

How do you get the bone to stand up on the cake?

I’ve had so many people ask me this question ????
Our bones stand on the cake by themselves, once the cake is flat on a table, place the bone standing on top of the cake. No need to prop it with candles or treats. If you’re holding the cake, chances are the bone will fall. Even if it doesn’t stand up, you can use a treat behind to hold the bone or candles or a toothpick or Lay it flat. Either way, your dog won’t care!
